About Andy

Built on more than 25 years of real-world leadership experience.

Founder Andy Hart has spent more than 25 years developing and coaching leaders across Fortune 500 organizations, including 12 years at Accenture. She has coached more than 300 leaders and works as a consultant, executive coach, facilitator, educator, and practitioner.
